Music Groups

Bell Ringers

Practice on is Thursdays from 7.30 to 9pm with ringing on Sundays from 9.15 to 10am. Also for weddings and other special occasions. New members are always welcome.

Choir

Our SATB leads the music on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. Choir practice is on Fridays from 7.00 to 8.30pm. With a wide repertoire from plain-song to contemporary music, the choir has, on occasion, also sung at other churches within the group and at Creech Grange Chapel. New members are always welcome. For those with previous choir experience, auditions may not be necessary.

Handbells

Our handbell ringers rehearse each Wednesday at 2.30pm in the Ropers Lane Church Hall. We have both youth and adult teams - and new members are more than welcome. The youth team play at the family communion services in church and both teams play in local care homes, groups, concerts - and the Father Christmas parade.

Music Group

On the second Sunday of each month our ‘band’ assists the organ in leading the music for the Eucharist. Consisting mostly of woodwind and strings, we rehearse on the previous Friday evening. New players are always welcome.
